Member of Sainik Mitra Yojana will be made by the workers of the scheme but registration can be done to become a member through mobile message and email in future.

• Membership will be done through personal contact and receipt.
• A volunteer in Sainik Mitra Yojana, at village, block, tehsil level will be Known as Gatnayak and Co-ordinator (Sanyojak) at metropolitan, district, department, province level.
• There will be one Co-ordinator and three Assistant at the national level.
• There will be a team of experienced guides for the plan.
• Currently the office of the scheme will at RBSVM.

    सैनिक मित्र योजना के सदस्य योजना के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा बनाये जायेंगे लेकिन मोबाइल सन्देश एवम ईमेल के माधयम से सदस्य बनने हेतु पंजीकरण कराया जा सकता है।

• सदस्य बनाने का कार्य व्यक्तिगत संपर्क एवम रसीद के माध्यम से किया जायेगा।
• सैनिक मित्र योजना में स्वयंसेवक (VOLUNTEER) के रूप में ग्राम, खंड, तहसील स्टार पर गटनायक एवम महानगर, जिला, विभाग एवं प्रान्त स्तर पर सयोंजक होंगे।
• राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक सयोंजक एवम तीन सह सयोंजक होंगे।
• योजना के लिए अनुभवी मार्गदर्शकों की एक टोली होगी।
• वर्तमान में योजना का कार्यालय RBSVM में रहेगा।
