  • Any patriotic energetic adult citizen of Bharat can be a member of “Sainik Mitra Yojana”.
  • The members of the scheme will play the role of boosting the morale of the army and providing civil support as much as possible in the security of the country.
  • The amount received from membership will be spent for the education of eligible and poor children of martyred soldiers in the struggle and for the help of sainik school. Now this assistance will be given to rajju bhaiya sainik vidya mandir, khandavaya, district bulandshehar, up (RBSVM.)
  • Sainik Mitra will be able to do any positive activity in the interest of the country and can give collective suggestions to government.
  • There will be a committee of sainik mitra yojana which will work in coordination with RBSVM.
  • भारत का कोई भी देशभक्त ऊर्जावान वयस्क नागरिक "सैनिक मित्र योजना" का सदस्य हो सकता है।
  • योजना के सदस्य सेना का मनोबल बढ़ाने और देश की सुरक्षा में यथा संभव नागरिक सहयोग प्रदान करने की भूमिका निभाएँगे।
  • सदस्य से प्राप्त धनराशि को संघर्ष में शहीद हुए सैनिकों के परिवार एवं निर्धन बालकों की शिक्षा में तथा सैनिक स्कूल की साहयतार्थ व्यय किया जायेगा। अभी यह सहायता रज्जु भैया सैनिक विद्या मंदिर, खंडवाया, जनपद बुलंदशहर, उत्तर प्रदेश (RBSVM) को दी जाएगी।
  • सैनिक मित्र योजना की एक समिति होगी जो RBSVM के सामंजस्य में कार्य करेगी।
